This Sonke report on the Men’s Imbizo held at the Southern Sun Airport Hotel on September 6 and 7, 2007 was commissioned by the National Department of Health and was written by Alan Greig.
A Sonke report on the Men's Health and Gender Equality Imbizo held on 6 7 September 2007
This is Sonke's report from the National Consultative Meeting on policy approaches to working with men to improve men’s health and achieve greater gender equality was held at the Birchwood Centre, Gauteng, on 17-18 September 2007.
This report describes in great detail the range of activities carried out by Sonke with Ford Foundation support during the period July 1, 2007-June 30, 2008. The report is divided into three sections: an introductory narrative section describing key project achievements, a logframe listing achievements against project commitments and a final section with appendices.
This is the report from a meeting held in Cape Town, July 15th and 16th, 2008 by Sonke Gender Justice Network, Grassrootsoccer and the Family Violence Prevention Fund with support from the Ford Foundation.
