Soccer - A Tool

Sonke regularly uses soccer as a means to bring men and boys together in a community to discuss issues of human rights, gender and HIV. Participants in the soccer tournaments take part in workshops and dialogues and receive materials from the organisation.

Topics covered in the past have included men's role in termination of pregnancy, xenophobia, youth involvement in the community and broader HIV and gender questions.
